The dreaded switch from the Summer to the Fall wardrobe is in full swing. Regarding weather, October is an awkward month to dress for. Some days are cool and crisp while others turn out being over 80 degrees. It’s important to have items in your closet that will allow you to dress appropriately this Fall season.
First off, don’t pack up those camisoles, tank tops, dresses or skirts just yet. Camisoles and tank tops can be a perfect piece for layering under your cardigans and jackets. Add a cozy detail to your dresses by accompanying them with a thick, chunky sweater over top to stay warm. Don’t ditch those skirts JUST yet, hear me out – tights! There are so many different styles, patterns and colors, you are sure to find a pair that fits you perfectly. Literally. Fall has made it super easy to accessorize and dress for the weather without breaking the bank and buying a whole new wardrobe.
As for shoes, there are a few that can be worn a little longer than the rest. One being the mule, which is a great shoe to pair with jeans and a sweater! It is also that time of year to bring out our favorite booties, especially if they are from Ward’s Apparel
